I have paid my invoice today. When can I use Paylevo again?

We are pleased that you want to use Paylevo again. Currently it can take up to 48 hours before your payment is registered in the system. But usually it´s done a lot faster than that. As soon as this is done you can use Paylevo again.

Is it possible to move the due date on the invoice forward?

It is not possible to move the due date of an invoice. It is important to pay on time so that you do not have to pay any unnecessary fees.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

It is possible to resend an invoice. Send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will send your invoice in PDF format. Please include your name and e-mail address or mobile number in the e-mail.

I have already paid my invoice. Why do I receive a reminder?

We are sorry should we send a reminder after you have already paid the invoice. Please include your name, e-mail address and the relevant invoice number in an e-mail and send it to [email protected] We will then check and feedback any information to you. As soon as we have received a confirmation of your payment we will approve the case and your payment will be registered.

Why do I only get SEK 50 in credit?

When you send an enquiry to Paylevo the system does a credit check and an assessment of your credit status. At Paylevo we take our company’s social responsibility seriously and we do not approve credit higher than we think you have the ability to pay.

Why was I refused credit?

Can I divide the payment?

No, please pay the entire invoice amount in one and the same payment.

How can I change my mobile number?

Should you need to change your mobile number include your name, your old mobile number and the new one as well as a brief explanation as to why you want to change your number in an e-mail and send it to [email protected] from the address you registered here. As soon as we receive this information we can update the system with your new number.

I have paid an invoice twice. What can I do?

In the event that you have paid an invoice twice we ask that you send an e-mail to [email protected] with a copy of the payment together with your bank account number. We can then adjust your duplicate payment and refund the remaining amount to your bank account.

Can I receive the invoice earlier than the fourth day?

No, but you can still do deposits as long as you have credit left even thou we have not invoiced you yet.

When does the invoice arrive?

An invoice gathers together all the deposits you have made with Paylevo over four days and after that it is sent by text message and e-mail to you. If you make the first deposit on a Monday you will receive the invoice on the following Friday.

How much am I obliged to pay in total?

Please send an e-mail from the same e-mail address you registered here to [email protected] with your name and your question. We will answer your question as soon as possible.

Is the invoice paid via text message, e-mail or via letter?

We will send a welcome by post upon your first payment with Paylevo. The invoice is sent via text message and e-mail. A reminder with a late payment fee is sent by letter should a payment not be made on time.

Do I receive a reminder even if I have part-paid the invoice?

We send a reminder with a late payment fee by letter should the invoice not be paid in full on time.

I have paid the invoice too late by mistake because I was on holiday. What happens then?

If you have paid the invoice too late we will charge a late payment fee. Always try to pay on time so that you avoid additional charges.

How can I block my credit?

If you want to block your credit please send an e-mail to [email protected] from the same e-mail address you registered here. Include your name and a brief explanation as to why you want to block your credit. Your view is important to us for improvement purposes as we want to offer our customers the best service on the market.

How can I close my account?

If you want to close your account please send an e-mail to [email protected] from the same e-mail address you registered here. Include your name and a brief explanation as to why you want to close your account and why you no longer wish to use Paylevo. Your view is important to us so that we can continue to improve Paylevo for our customers.

What is your bank giro number?

Please send an e-mail to [email protected] from the same e-mail address you registered here. Include your name and your question. We will get back to you with the information you are seeking. Our bank giro number is also on the invoice.

How high is the late payment fee?

The late payment fee is currently SEK 60.

I have made a deposit with Paylevo but I have still not received any money?

If you are missing a deposit please send an e-mail to [email protected] from the same e-mail address you registered here. Include your name and your case so that we can quickly block your deposit and credit your bank account.

How can I change my e-mail address?

If you need to change your e-mail address please send an e-mail to [email protected] from the same e-mail address you registered here. Include your name and new details so we can do an update. If you no longer have access to your old e-mail address, please contact us by e-mail and we will send instructions about what ID documents we need from you in order to make the change.

How can I change my address?

If you need to change your address please send an e-mail to [email protected] from the same e-mail address you registered here. Attach a photo of your ID card, front and back, and a bill with your name and new address. We can then update your information.

Can I cancel a deposit?

If a deposit has been registered we cannot cancel it. After four days the invoice will be sent to you with all the deposits made during this period.

Can you move the due date forward and provide a higher credit?

It is unfortunately not possible to move a due date or increase a credit. Make sure that you always pay on time so that you can avoid additional charges. At Paylevo we take our social responsibility seriously and we do not approve credit of a higher amount than what you have the ability to pay.

Have I any unpaid invoices?

How long does it take before I see my money?

It takes a maximum of one minute for a deposit to go through. After that you should see the amount in your account.

How soon do you send reminders about payments?

We send reminders immediately when the due date has passed. An invoice should be paid within 20 days.

I have paid to the incorrect OCR number. What do I do now?

If you happen to have paid to an incorrect OCR number please send an e-mail to [email protected] from the same e-mail address you registered here. Include your name and your case and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.

I use a local bank and it is not available?

As we need to make an identity check on you via bank details we can currently only offer this if you are a customer of one of the big merchant banks.
